Outpatient Program It’s hard to be a child these days. The Child Guidance Clinic of Greater Waterbury offers quality, behavioral health services to children and their families when they need help coping. Licensed by the Department of Children and Families, the program helps children suffering from child abuse/neglect, violent crime, life traumas, behavioral problems, depression, suicidal tendencies and/or biological mental disorders.
