Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service Children in crisis need help. IICAPS works to stabilize and maintain these children in their own homes and communities by creating a strong working partnership involving child, family, school and community. Weekly home visits and strength-based treatment help children learn to express themselves effectively, educate parents and connect families to ongoing supports. The Clinic’s IICAPS program is one of the first in Connecticut to be credentialed by Yale University.
