Director of Outpatient and Community Services.

Responsible for the management and oversight of outpatient, mobile crisis, and consultation services for a culturally diverse urban area. As a senior management position, this is a supervisory opportunity to provide clinical supervision, leadership and visionary skills to staff and lead within a vibrant, outcomes based center for children, adolescents, and families. Licensed Ph.D., or LCSW, LMFT, LADC or LPC w/ at least 5 yrs post licensure experience treating children, adolescents & families while providing clinical supervision required. 

 

Team Leader Outpatient Services:  Full time position for LCSW or other licensed clinician to join our management team. Will provide individual, group, & family therapy and supervise clinicians. Administrative. responsibilities include triage, program development, oversight, and quarterly reporting. 

 

Outpatient Clinician  FT clinical position available in a growing and dynamic Child Guidance Clinic conducting outpatient therapy MSW, MFT or MA req.  Exp. working with children and families req.  License preferred, bilingual Spanish preferred. 

 

Crisis Intervention Clinician  (EMPS)  Full Time Master’s Level Position conducting crisis assessments and stabilization . Must be team player with effective communication skills. Services provided in community and at the clinic.  Must be able to effectively communicate in Spanish (bilingual required).

 

Care Coordinator:  Care Coordinators provide service brokerage, linkages, coordination, follow-up and advocacy. Care Coordinators utilize strength-based, family-driven, youth-guided, culturally responsive principles to develop individualized, supportive relationships with families. The purpose of Care Coordination is to ensure that multiple services are delivered in a coordinated and therapeutic manner, and that they can move through the system of services in accordance with their changing needs.

Responsibilities include: Works directly with 10+ families maintaining weekly contact/meetings; performs assessments using “Wraparound Principles “; assists families with Individual Service Plans; attends school related meetings; familiarity with local (Waterbury, Danbury, or Torrington) community based resources; collects and reports data on admissions/discharges; works in collaboration with multiple community organizations. Qualifications: BA, BS or BSW REQUIRED; 2+ years of experience working with families and children with special needs; Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred; team player, adaptable to changing priorities, organized, ability to work independently, ability to work a flexible schedule (evening/family meetings); and must have a valid CT driver’s license, use of a personal vehicle and auto insurance.

IICAPS In-home Clinician

FT master’s level clinician to provide intensive individual & family therapy to youth with psychiatric issues at risk for hospitalization or residential placement. 

 

IICAPS Bilingual In-Home Clinician 

FT master’s level clinician to provide intensive individual. & family therapy to youth with psychiatric issues at risk for hospitalization or residential placement.  

 

IICAPS Mental Health Counselor

FT Bachelor level to provide intensive in-home services to youth with psychiatric issues at risk for out of home placement.   

 

Home Visitor:

Full time position for in-home parenting education and support service to high risk families. Program assists new and/or expectant parents with the transition to parenthood and reduces the risk of child abuse or neglect. Position involves a mix of home visits, group work, screenings of new mothers, and ongoing collaboration with area schools. BA in social work or related field and experience working with families required. Bilingual ability preferred.

 

Clinician Residential Services

FT master’s level clinician to provide intensive individual therapy to youth with psychiatric issues in a residential services program. Must be licensed or license eligible.  

 

Childcare Workers Residential Services: 

Full time and Per Diem positions available hiring all positions 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.  Must have Associates Degree and human service experience. 

 

Network Administrator

 Seeking energetic Network/Systems Administrator to join growing non-profit IT Department.  Successful candidate will be responsible for multi-location company windows systems infrastructure, including Citrix and Exchange. Responsibilities include remote locations infrastructure setup and maintenance, server configuration, implementation, maintenance and administration including AD, hardware, software updates, patches ,backup.   Must have strong working knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server Farm configuration and support, Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2005, Active Directory administration and remote connectivity setup /VPN.  Will work independently on multiple simultaneous projects and serve as a backup for the desktop support.  Candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.  Must have 5+ years experience in LAN/WAN administration.  BS in computer science, MCSE certification a plus.  Position offers flexible hours at either part time or full time status.  Full time status will include attractive benefit package. 

 

Administrative Support Specialist
